Lynn Paddock Trial started 05/19

This is a story I have been watching.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with this case, Lynn Paddock in on trial for the murder of her 4 year old adopted son, Sean as well as for child abuse (at the time of Sean's murder, there was evidence that she was using Pearl discipline methods among other abusive methods).

The first couple days of testimony were tough and heartbreaking, and really begs the question of how she was able to adopt multiple children -- the state and county's departments of human services have a lot of questions to answer as well.

Mandy Locke, staff writer for the News Observer, has done a great job of covering this case, and is currently doing "gavel to gavel" coverage of the trial and is posting regular updates.

Praying that justice is done for Sean.
